I can't say enough about this company. When I started looking for a stone contractor to replace my master vanity tops, I searched around on the Internet and found Forest City. This is a small father-son business who have been in business for years. I spoke to first the father and then the son Tom. I worked with Tom from that point forward. When I was talking to him about options, Tom was straight with me from the first moment. I was asking questions about pricing and he did not try to BS me at all about the cost. The line that got me convinced that this is the company I need to work with was "we may not be the cheapest out there, but we are the best." Something about that confident statement made me stop thinking about finding the cheapest contractor. I am glad I went with my instinct because the entire process was amazing from first call until install. I actually had these installed four days after first calling. I know this is not usual for any company and I can't guarantee that will be the same for you. All I can say is my experience was amazing and I could not be happier with my Tops. Tom not only searched to find something close to what I wanted, but he got it so close that I could hardly tell the difference between the final product and my inspiration photos. I was originally only going to do the master bath, but Tom was able to work me a great price on doing the hall bath as well. I am glad I did because the original tops were pretty much garbage.

On the day of the install, Tom was here with his crew to make sure everything went smoothly. The vanities I was reusing were challenging due to the design and drawer location, but Tom made sure that everything fit even having to do some modifications on the vanities at no extra cost. He stayed until the very end and even assisted me with a couple extra projects involving the plumbing fixtures. Again, I can't say enough about Tom and Forest City Counter Tops. Remember the mantra, you get what you pay for. I didn't go with the cheapest and I know that I would not have got the level of service I received had I done that. If I have any other stone needs, I will certainly contact Tom and Forest City Counter Tops. A+++++

We love our new countertops that were made and installed by Forest City Countertops! We decided on a mini makeover in the kitchen and office area with just new countertops and sink/faucet, floors and paint and they were highly recommended to us. Two other family members have used them too and are just as happy as we are! Great guys to work with from measuring to installing! Showroom has lots to pick from too!
